Training Philosophy
Since the first time I put on a leotard at the age of 2, I have loved the sport of gymnastics. I not only loved the sport because of the cool flips that it allowed me to do, but for the life skills and lessons it has provided me. Gymnastics has taught me skills that have allowed me to succeed both on and off the mat; skills such as time-management, responsibility, setting priorities, and perseverance through adversity. With my experience and my knowledge, I strive to bring that same experience to young athletes that I encounter. My goal is to create a positive atmosphere in which young athletes can fall in love with sport while learning valuable life lessons along the way. I want to teach these athletes to have confidence and strive to do their best both in the classroom and in the gym. My mission is for these young athletes to have a positive experience that they can look back on. I believe that with my abilities, I can give that to each and every athlete that steps foot into a session with me.
