Kelsey Martz is a Kinesiology graduate from Northern Illinois University. She is also an alumni of the university's gymnastics program. After actively participating in the sport from the time she was 2 to the age of 22, Kelsey has been able to see the sport from every perspective: a class kid, a club gymnast, and a collegiate gymnast. Through this experience, Kelsey has gained a love and appreciation for not only the sport, but for what the sport has taught her along the way. It is Kelsey's goal to help young gymnasts develop fundamental skills that can be applied both on and off the mat, so that she can impact others the way that her coaches and sport have impacted her.
